As a product leader, she has managed multinational teams across Europe, the U.S., India, China, and Southeast Asia, while living in six different countries, giving her a deep understanding of the diverse cultural and business landscapes of fast-paced, competitive environments.

Ana’s passion for optimizing productivity—both for herself and her teams—led her to begin a personal journey in coaching eight years ago. This experience helped her become a high performer and foster high-performing teams. Through it all, she realized that her true passion wasn’t just in developing products, but in developing people.

Her approach combines mentoring and coaching, a powerful blend she discovered to be most effective. While mentoring fast-tracks growth, coaching breaks through barriers like self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and limiting beliefs. It’s this dual approach that sets her apart, helping clients unlock their potential and thrive in their professional and personal lives.

After witnessing firsthand that hiring the best talent doesn’t always translate to unlocking their full potential, Ana transitioned into coaching full-time to help organizations thrive by unlocking the potential in their people. Now, Ana works with product teams and adjacent functions like engineering, design, and analytics to help them collaborate more effectively, build resilience, and lead with influence.
